Tamara Olive Beckwith is a distinguished Cybersecurity Project Manager with over 20 years of comprehensive experience spanning contracting, Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), information technology, project and program management, and budgeting. Currently serving as a Cybersecurity Project Manager, she recently led her division to achieve ISO 27001 certification, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in information security management.

With 16 years as a Federal Contractor for the United States Federal Government, Tamara has built an impressive career navigating complex government systems and delivering mission-critical projects. From 2010 to 2014, she served the Department of Army as a Federal Project Manager and Contracting Officer Representative (COR), where she honed her expertise in federal procurement and project oversight.

Tamara holds a bachelor’s degree from The Howard University (1997) and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Southeastern University, Washington, DC (2004). Her graduate thesis on Paternity Fraud was published by SEU, showcasing her analytical rigor and commitment to addressing complex social issues. She has earned multiple Outstanding and Appreciation awards throughout her career and maintains her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, along with specialized technical skills that keep her at the forefront of her field.
