Patsy Hollman-Gardner is the Founder and Executive Director of A Second Chance Resource Center Network United, Inc., and a respected leader in restorative justice, reentry reform, and family-centered support. She oversees three Phoenix Transitional Houses and serves as a Contract Consultant with the Urban Institute, contributing to national criminal justice initiatives. With over 30 years in human services and nonprofit leadership, she created the Holistic Experience Model to support individuals and families through comprehensive, faith-rooted care. Patsy is a Certified Addiction Professional, Family Life Coach, adjunct professor, civic leader, and recipient of multiple humanitarian and community awards. Her forthcoming book, Queen of Redemption, releases in 2026.
