Dr. Lisa Reid Starr, is a STEM Prek-12 grade Teacher, tutor, speaker, leadership/business coach. business owner who is committed to engaging young minds in thinking outside the box to ignite curiosity.
Dr. Starr has a doctorate in Education Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Her dissertation is entitled, “Comparison of Mathematics Self-Efficacy in Female STEM Undergraduate Students by Ethnicity and Academic Levels.”
She serves as the CEO of STARR STEM CLUB dedicated to building the next generation of innovators, problem solvers, and leaders who will shine brightly in their communities and beyond. The club inspires students especially young girls to Explore, Create and Shine through hands on STEM experiences that build confidence, character and purpose.
